Experience the rich diversity of Florida honey with the HONEY FEAST Gourmet Honey Trio, featuring three distinct raw honey varieties, each carefully crafted and bottled by our family-run Central Florida apiary.

This trio includes:

Raw Vanilla Honey – Smooth, naturally sweet raw honey infused with real vanilla for a warm, comforting flavor that pairs beautifully with coffee, tea, and desserts.

Organic Lavender Honey – Gently infused with organic lavender flowers, offering a subtle floral finish that enhances drinks, baking, and everyday recipes without overpowering the honey.

Black Gum Tupelo Honey (Holly Blend) – Harvested during the nectar flow when bees forage from Black Gum Tupelo trees and abundant Holly blossoms in our region. This natural blend creates a mild, buttery sweetness with a clean finish. While often referred to as “Tupelo,” we clearly label this honey to reflect its true floral sources for full transparency.

All three honeys are raw, unfiltered, and cold-packed, preserving the natural enzymes, pollen, and nutrients that make real honey special. Never blended with syrups or artificial flavorings.

Whether you’re stocking your pantry or gifting something truly special, this trio delivers authentic Florida honey, honest labeling, and artisan quality in every jar.

  • Yes Absolutely!
  • We cold pack the honey to preserve the enzymes. Bottling it cold a slower process but makes for a better raw product.
  • We lightly strain the honey just to take out any large foreign objects that may have found their way into the honey during the extraction process.
  • We DO NOT add any Fructose or corn syrup or adulterate the honey other than the ingredients listed on the jar such as lavender flowers, bourbon etc. for the infusions.

Yes most of the honeys you buy from our website were bottled within 30 days sometimes 60 days. We ship directly from our farm to you. The expiration date on the lid is 3 years after the bottling date. So if the expiration says 3/21/2028 it was bottled on 3/21/2025.

We have a 15 acre farm and apiary in Central Florida 11 miles from Disney World. We have hive locations throughout the state of Florida from Naples up to Jacksonville. We bottle our the honey right on our farm.

SMALL BATCH BEEKEEPERS

Our farm in Central Florida is on 15 acres directly connected to Lake Louisa State Park. We organically raise 400 peach trees and 800 naval orange trees in addition to our sustainable apiary. All of our honeys and hive products are bottled and packaged on the farm and shipped directly to you.

COLD PACKED HONEY

It's harder to cold pack honey because it moves so slow.  But this ensures all the enzymes are active and the good stuff is still in the jar waiting for you.

ORGANIC FLORAL SOURCES

Wherever possible honey is produced from organic floral sources located in parks & preserves.  These flowers are non GMO and are not sprayed with pesticides or fungicides.

NATURAL BEEKEEPERS

We are committed to natural & sustainable beekeeping.  Our beekeepers are developing natural remedies to hive pests & viruses.  We share our work with other beekeepers to promote the practice.

u-pick peaches and farm tour

Join us in May each year for our annual U-pick peaches and farm tour. Each year the actual times vary based on the peaches. Please follow us on instagram @honeyfeastinc for details.

Our small batch honey is cold packed and lightly strained leaving the enzymes active and the pollen inside the jar.
