- Yes Absolutely!
- We cold pack the honey to preserve the enzymes. Bottling it cold a slower process but makes for a better raw product.
- We lightly strain the honey just to take out any large foreign objects that may have found their way into the honey during the extraction process.
- We DO NOT add any Fructose or corn syrup or adulterate the honey other than the ingredients listed on the jar such as lavender flowers, bourbon etc. for the infusions.
Yes most of the honeys you buy from our website were bottled within 30 days sometimes 60 days. We ship directly from our farm to you. The expiration date on the lid is 3 years after the bottling date. So if the expiration says 3/21/2028 it was bottled on 3/21/2025.
We have a 15 acre farm and apiary in Central Florida 11 miles from Disney World. We have hive locations throughout the state of Florida from Naples up to Jacksonville. We bottle our the honey right on our farm.

WILDFLOWER HONEY
COLD PACKED HONEY
It's harder to cold pack honey because it moves so slow. But this ensures all the enzymes are active and the good stuff is still in the jar waiting for you.
