Florida Orange Blossom Honey is our most popular raw, unfiltered honey. Each year in March the smell of orange blossoms fill the air and beekeepers move their hives into the Florida orange groves. Orange honey is especially thick and sweet. You can taste citrus notes in this honey. Makes a great gallon of honey.  Simply select the correct size below.

Our Wildflower honey is a little different each season. The bees forage on many different floral sources to create a raw wildflower honey. Harvest times are typically spring, summer and fall. Wildflower honey contains the most diverse range of pollens that change over time with each season. We cold pack our honey nice and slow to preserve the enzymes and leave the good stuff in the jar. Always raw and unfiltered.

Melaleuca honey is made from the Melaleuca trees located in the Florida everglades. Originally from Australia, this tea tree is related to the Manuka. Manuka honey and Melaleuca honey contain many of the same therapeutic phenolic acids and are very similar. Melaleuca is well know for its topical properties. Try some as a honey face mask. Mix in some of our pollen granules for an exfoliant too. 

Organic Sea Grape flowers grow on a few key state preserve islands in Florida. The bees take nectar from these protected organic trees to produce our Sea Grape honey. We lightly process the honey so its totally raw and unfiltered honey. Sea Grape is a very unique floral tasting honey. Makes an excellent beekeeper gift as an exotic USA honey.

Mangrove honey comes from the organic honey flowers on Mangrove trees in state preserve remote islands in Florida. Each summer the Mangrove trees produce an organic nectar rich flower the bees love to use to make this raw unfiltered honey. This is a special ocean honey from a dwindling habitat. The bees are using Mangrove trees from protected state lands that are free of pesticides.

Black gum tupelo honey is a rare honey harvested during the spring in the swamps of North Florida from the Black Gum Tupelo trees. 100% pure honey that is cold packed and bio active preserving the enzymes. Lightly strained honey in the raw to retain all the good stuff from the hive.

Gourmet hot honey infusion. Made in small 55 gallon barrel batches. We infuse a secret spicy pepper into our Raw Wildflower honey barrel and let them get nice and happy together. It tastes sweet and pleasant and after 2-3 seconds the smoky pepper hits your senses for a nice balance of sweet and hot. Try our chili infused honey on vanilla ice cream, pizza or even fried chicken. It's so good as a condiment.
